The Armani Hotel Dubai is located within Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest tower, and part of a mixed use development consisting of 160 rooms and 144 residences. The downtown hotel is up to the 8th floor and then 38th and 39th floors, and the residences occupy levels 9 to 16 of the Burj Khalifa Tower. The property is suave and understated, with each design detail personally chosen by Giorgio Armani himself. Behind guestroom doors, understated elegance reigns: walls are adorned with handmade leather from Florence, floors covered with Japanese tatami, and bathrooms clad in gray stones from Alicante, Spain, all blending seamlessly with the clean, curved lines of the tower’s architecture. The elegant Armani/SPA tailors every experience to each guest and features a lovely outdoor pool wrapping around one of Burj Khalifa’s corners. The hotel’s dining venues serve Italian, Mediterranean, Japanese and Indian cuisine.

The distinctive sail-shaped silhouette of Burj Al Arab Jumeirah, a glittering architectural marvel in the middle of the Arabian Gulf, is more than just a stunning hotel, it is an emblem of modern Dubai, a world-famous icon, and a symbol of extreme wealth, hence making the resort very popular among the rich and famous. Still the only (self-proclaimed) 7 star super luxury hotel in the world, Burj Al Arab offers oversized suite-only accommodation, with each suite composed of two floors that are connected by a marble staircase. Here, you can soothe your soul in a spa-like bathroom with Jacuzzi, mosaic floor, and full-size Hermes products. The opulent lobby, dotted with huge golden columns, leads to several boutiques and exquisite restaurants. The property also features a spectacular outdoor deck area, floating above the sea, which includes two pools, a restaurant and a bar.

Offering secluded tranquility and iconic vistas of the sweeping plains and Hajar Mountain massif, the property showcases the heritage and architecture of the Bedouins and also offers a sense of desert adventure. 1. Top notch video for the Armani Dubai Hotel, and for the entire review of Dubai’s luxury hotels in general. I am inspired to visit again Dubai, as I last visited in 1990 and 1991. Obviously, much has changed since then. I do offer one critique, though. At approximately 14:15, you capture yourself in the video as you pass the mirror in your hotel room. It’s a cinematography faux pas that is best avoided and detracts from the otherwise professionalism of your videos. Regardless, this video truly makes me want to return tot he Near East soon.
Also, if it ever possible to review the luxury hotels of Seoul, South Korea, or the Business/First Class seating of Korean Air, I would greatly appreciate it.
Thank you again for a wonderful video.

  2. Hello,
    Great video!
Curious if you had any thoughts about the Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort?

  3. Dubai is a place which never fails to amaze the peoples across the world. I have a plan to visit Dubai can you suggest me some budgeted hotel which can afford by me.

    H Hotel Dubai

  8. In a world where one can choose to go or not go to a certain destination, this is one of them that I would pass!! Not that it isn’t beautiful but it isn’t a place for me to visit.

  9. You hit the nail on the head by listing the Jumeirah Al Qsar! I loved staying there. The Friday brunch was superb! I’d also recommend Grosvenor House on the Marina..

  10. Been this year in Al maha and Armani .
Al maha- old, bad management, bad service, very local service, like a 2 star hotel .
Armani- BEST ! Amazing design, service, food! Unbelievable good!

  11. Our personal preference would be The Palace at One and Only Royal Mirage. The service, the architecture, the space on the beach, and the choice and standard of restaurants are excellent. But Al Maha was also excellent when we stayed. The Four Seasons Jumeirah, One and Only The Palm, and The Burj are also worthy of my top 5. What are your views on The Palace?

  12. Just returned from Grosvenor House and what a lovely place. The staff there really made our stay. The Club Lounge is a nice place to relax with drinks and nibble. We have also stayed at The Four Seasons and The Park Hyatt. The service at Grosvenor House topped them both. Facilities at The Four Seasons are great, but the service was not up to the legendary status the brand is known for.

  13. Dubai never fails to amaze! Anyone that wants to visit and experience Dubai, Burj Al Arab is definitely a good choice. Thank you for sharing!

  14. Ive been to Dubai four times now four times now and every single time I’ve stayed in a Grosvenor House residence, its my favoured hotel in the world, it does not break the bank, is in a great location and the food is simply amazing. It is Marriott so the sister hotel (Royal Meridian) is also accessible, where you have a private beach and even more resteraunts, definitely a place to check out: it is higher rated on Tripadvisor than these hotels also!
