The above rates are in USD, inclusive of a booking administration fee, 10% service charge, 2% city tax, and 10% government tax.

Payment Terms

Deposit: 10% of total invoice + USD 150 administration fee within 7 days of booking.
Second deposit: 40% due no later than 60 days before arrival.
Balance: Remaining 50% due no later than 45 days before arrival.

Cancellation Terms

61+ days before arrival: USD 150 administration fee + 10% deposit retained.
60–46 days before arrival: 50% of total holiday cost + USD 150 administration fee retained.
Within 45 days of arrival, no-shows, or shortened stays: 100% of booking amount charged.
