• Win a luxury trip to st Lucia. The winner and a guest will spend five nights at East Winds, an island retreat on the north-west coast of St Lucia. Rooms are set in traditional cottages with classic Caribbean touches such as striking terracotta floors and hand-painted pottery, as well as a private terrace. The stay will be on an all-inclusive basis. A four-course supper is served each night in the oceanfront restaurant, with locally farmed or caught ingredients such as fish of the day, St Lucia stew and seared lamb with mint and cumin.
